The third quarter of the school year is underway at ILS, with the students returning to their study of mathematics, physics, chemistry, Russian and foreign languages, music, and various other subjects.
“We are looking forward to a busy and interesting quarter,” notes ILS Deputy Principal for Science and Scholarship Marina Artemenko. “Our annual Game Club competition gets underway on January 27. Not long after that comes Science Week, when our students will be able to attend lectures by scientists, researchers and experts in various areas of knowledge. Some of our students will be preparing to defend, in English, their research project on the topic “National Superheroes and their Role in History,” for which they will choose a national superhero for countries including Russia, Canada, France, Japan, China, Korea and the USA. Our students will also be preparing for a science conference in South Korea.”
