ILS students have always demonstrated notable athletic prowess, with pupils in the younger classes rivaling the success of their older schoolmates. Fifth-grader Egor Belikov (section 5M3) took first place in the Champion-1 50-meter swimming competition, covering the distance in 37.38 seconds.
Dmitry Golyanitsky of section 5M2 took second place in the “Youth of Russia” Primorsky Regional Open Boxing Competition in the 46kg weight class for children born in 2007-2008.
“We congratulate Egor and Dima on their victories,” says ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. “We are proud of our students’ success and hope their perseverance will continue and lead to fresh achievements in the future.”
