ILS international students continue their visits to the theater, this time taking in a performance of the ballet “Giselle”.
“Vladivostok has a very rich cultural life, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to go to the theater, concerts and exhibitions on a regular basis,” explains CAS Coordinator and English language teacher Marina Kutepova. “This time the students saw the ballet ‘Giselle’ performed at the Mariinsky Theater.”
“All of our international students display a keen interest in Russian culture and Russian art,” notes ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. “I believe this chance to see a ballet was a new page in their study of Russia.”
