Eight science projects by ILS 9th graders receive judges’ highest marks

ILS 9th graders defended a total of fifteen different scientific research projects, including topics such as historical collisions, the causes of teenage crime, migration processes in Primorye Region, ways to develop intuition, advertising effectiveness, success at international competitions, and even the tender topic of love.

“This broad spectrum of interests results directly from our students’ love of learning,” explains ILS Deputy Principal for Scientific Development Marina Artemenko. “The modern world demands great breadth of knowledge and a high level of erudition.”

“We’ve mentioned projects which received the highest marks from the judges,” notes ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. “All our participating students conducted serious research, processed their data, and prepared presentations, including a written version that served as a course paper. I would like to express my gratitude to all our teachers who worked with the students on their projects.”
