Fox Tales, Issue No. 7: IB educational opportunities, do school students need science, which inventions do we value most?

Issue No.7 of the ILS school newspaper Fox Tales has been published and is devoted mainly to our school's International Baccalaureat (IB) program.

Readers will find an interview with ILS IB program director Natalya Tishchenko, as well as the thoughts of ILS Deputy Principal for Science Marina Artemenko on the need to develop students' scientific thinking, discover students' dreams with respect to science, and much more.

As usual, the English-language pages of Fox Tales were rich in content. We learn how important volunteer work is in the IB program; we read suggestions about steps to take if a disaster occurs on Earth; we find out why "Theory of Knowledge" is an important subject; and we gain insights into the dreams of students in the graduating class.

"In addition to reflecting the events taking place in the school, every school newspaper also reveals the inner world of the school's students and teachers," notes ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. "We eagerly await each new issue of Fox Tales, where we always find a great variety of interesting articles."
