In the ILS 5th floor hallway viewers can now see photographs dedicated to Victory Day and the Great Patriotic War.
The photos were lent to ILS by the Arseniev Primorye Regional State Museum. ILS and the museum are good friends, as show by museum director Viktor Shalai's visits to the school to give fascinating lectures, as well as by our students' frequent excursions to the museum.
"Victory Day is a very important and meaningful holiday, not only for the citizens of our country, but for all of those who fought against the Fascist aggressors," notes ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. "The photographs allow us to feel deeply the boundless joy and relief experienced by people, when they learned that the enemy had been vanquished and we were victorious."
