ILS student Anfisa Bogdanenko has received the prestigious Primorye Governor’s Stipend, based on her results for the second semester of the 2017-2018 academic year.
“The requirements for receiving the Governor’s Stipend are extremely challenging. Students must receive nothing but fives – the highest possible marks – throughout the year, and must also be winners at national and international competitions,” explains ILS Deputy Principal for Scholarship Marina Artemenko.
In November 2017, Anfisa was champion at World Robot Olympiad – 2017 in Costa Rica, which was a determining factor for her participation in stipend competition.
“We congratulate Anfisa for receiving this prestigious award,” says ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. “Our students take every opportunity to participate in national and international competitions, and the Governor’s Stipend is an additional, well-deserved reward for her efforts.”
