ILS 10th graders Anfisa Bogdanenko and Yaroslav Paramonov, together with 9th graders Ksenia Didik and Timur Gusenov participated in the 4th regional rally of the Russian School Students' Movement, held at Vladivostok's Okean Children's Center.
"This year I am running for the post of student council president, so these master classes on planning your time, when there is very little of it, and personal development strategies were very useful," says Anfisa.
"Although we were in different groups, it was interesting to participate in master classes on speech making and trainings on team building," Timur continues.
"To be honest, I was a little skeptical at first, after participating in various trainings and study programs," notes Yaroslav. "However, the master classes on goal setting and networking gave me new knowledge which I will certainly be able to use during my studies and public life."
"This was not my first time at Okean," says Ksenia, "a place where you can always learn something and find new friends."
"As of this year, ILS is a forum for Russian School Students' Movement projects," explains ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. "Acquiring new knowledge, spending time with peers, and working in teams are important for everyone, and I am certain that all our students made excellent use of this opportunity."
