ILS section 10M gave a presentation to the school's younger students on anti-bullying, something that we all believe should be addressed and eliminated at the earliest possible stages.
"Bullying can occur in schools, in our daily lives, and it has even become quite popular in the internet," notes 10M student Ksenia Kuzmenko, who serves as Civil Activeness leader on the ILS Student Council. "We believe it is important for all students to know how to avoid bullying, as well as what to do if someone tries to bully them."
The 10th graders' presentation included a short acting skit on bullying with two different outcomes. The students exchanged opinions on what they saw and decided which outcome was more true to life."
"We do everything we can at the school to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for all our students," notes ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. "We hold trainings and field trips on a regular basis, and our new students go through an adaptation program. All of this is aimed at creating and encouraging friendly relations among students."
