Fox Tales № 13: how to become a scientist; meet international students; international projects

Students from Russia, South Korea, Japan and India helped prepare the new issue of the ILS school newspaper Fox Tales, with each making a valuable contribution to the theme of the issue, “International cooperation.”

In issue № 13 you can read about ILS’ plans for the academic year, about the school’s projects with Lomonosov Moscow State University, Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University (St. Petersburg), Shaanxi State Pedagogical University (China), and the University of British Columbia (Canada), and also about the advantages of the International Baccalaureate Program.

“This was my first article for the school newspaper,” explains 8th grader Anastasia Malyar (section 8M2). “I wrote about my friends from the USA and China.”

In Fox Tales, you can also find about interesting books and the reading preferences of ILS students.

The English-language section of Fox Tales was quite extensive, with students informing readers about their projects and their dreams, as well as introducing their international classmates and guests of the school.

“This is Fox Tales’ fourth year,” notes ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. “The children are growing together with their newspaper, making it highly informative and rich in content. I congratulate the students on their latest issue and wish them continued success in the future.”
