ILS 6th grader Gleb Karitsky (section 6M1) took 1st place at the Vladivostok table tennis championship for sport schools.
“I have been training at table tennis with our school coach Svetlana Dolgopolova and this was my first competition,” Gleb explains. “Only players from Vladivostok took part in this championship.”
“We congratulate Gleb on his success,” says ILS Principal Olga Shevchenko. “Table tennis is a fine sport, which develops quickness, concentration, and agility. Our table tennis coach, Svetlana Dolgopolova, holds training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 17:30.”
