My name is Eva. I would like to share my ideas about becoming a successful student. 
First of all, you have to follow your plan. There are lots of different plans: learning, creative, personal, family plan, also in case of a crisis, a plan for maintaining your health. These plans should complement each other, it is a very important feature. You need to control them, so they don’t interfere with each other. 
Secondly, to be a successful student, your class should become a real team. It means that you should support each other, be happy with one another's success, try to find common ground. 
It's impossible to be a good team without fulfilling the third requirement: be able to listen and hear what your teammates say, respect different opinions. You shouldn't interrupt the speaker. Tell your opinion only after the person finishes talking. 
Fourthly, don’t be afraid to try something new. You can set new goals for yourself to shake things up. If you don’t have any goals, you can ask the opinion of your friends, relatives, or even your supervisor. Maybe, they can help you to find something new and interesting about yourself that you have never even thought of before. 
Why these rules are important? 
- You can always rely on the help of others.
- You can only succeed by listening to the advice of your senior colleagues or teammates. 
- Success comes only to those who have goals.
- It is easier to achieve your goal if you have an exact plan of your dream.
