ILS is the only school in the Russian Far East working in the International Baccalaureate (IB) system. IB provides a single curriculum for students in all participant countries, and IB diploma holders have priority rights when entering foreign universities. In 2007, our school received its first authorization for the IB diploma program for grades 10-12. In 2010, we were admitted to the Association of International Baccalaureate Schools of CIS countries, and in 2013, the school received its second authorization for the IB program.

The ILS curriculum places great emphasis on language learning. The teaching languages are Russian and English, and students have the opportunity to take a range of Cambridge University exams for international certification: YLM (Young Learners Movers), Flyers, KET, PET, FCE. From the sixth grade forward, students choose a second foreign language from among the following: Japanese, Chinese, Korean and French.
We are proud
Following completion of the IB program at ILS, our graduates pursue degrees at a wide range of higher learning institutions including universities in Moscow and St. Petersburg, colleges and universities in Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, China and Korea, as well as VGUES international programs.
Currently, more than 500 children in grades 0 -12 study at the school.
